The Procurement and Supplies Department at the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:50 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

To ensure efficient service, please be advised that tender submissions, sample deliveries, and telephone enquiries should only be conducted during these operational hours. Submissions are not accepted outside of these times or on public holidays.

Remark 1: Contractor Performance Monitoring

Tenderers are advised that the performance of the successful contractor under the awarded Contract will be formally monitored. This performance record will be considered in the evaluation of any future tender submissions made by the contractor to the Authority.
