The Government provides funding to the Operator, requiring CMHHK to offer subsidised services to the public.  This reflects the Government’s commitment to safeguarding the health of Hong Kong residents.  In setting the service charges for subsidised services, factors such as market prices, public affordability, and service costs have been taken into account to ensure that members of the public in need can access the services of the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Hospital at reasonable and affordable prices.

For Market Oriented Services, CMHHK applies market rates, with fees set at sustainable pricing levels and benchmarked against private sector standards.
