CMHHK is dedicated to advancing research and fostering collaborations with universities and educational institutions in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, and overseas. Our focus is on promoting evidence-based clinical research in both Chinese medicine and Integrated Chinese-Western medicine, including studies on herb-drug interactions. We are committed to the development of research in Chinese medicine theories, the clinical application of proprietary Chinese medicines, and clinical studies on new proprietary Chinese medicines.  

To further promote the growth of Chinese medicine research in Hong Kong, we provide research training for Chinese medicine practitioners, doctors, and related medical staff, enhancing their scientific research capabilities. We are also committed to translating our research findings into clinical practice, ensuring that our discoveries benefit patients and the wider community.
