The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong launched mobile application Enhanced Public Transport to Pak Shing Kok Road in Tseung Kwan O to Facilitate Public Access to Hospital

01-12-2025

(Hong Kong, 1 December 2025) The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong (CMMHK) will commence services in phases from 11 December 2025. In addition to the telephone hotline (3121 3121) and website (www.cmhhk.org.hk), members of the public can now make appointments through the newly launched “CMHHK Mobile App” (iOS version) and “香港中醫醫院” mobile app (Android version) from today onwards. The mobile application is now available on Apple App Store and Google Play. After registration, users can make and manage appointments anytime, access medication records, make payments, and receive health information and the latest hospital updates.

To facilitate public access, CMHHK will provide free shuttle service between the hospital’s main entrance and MTR Tiu Keng Leng Station and LOHAS Park Station during designated hours. Additionally, the Transport Department has coordinated public transport operators to enhance services to the hospital area from 9 December (Tuesday), including a new green minibus route 116H connecting Tseung Kwan O Station with the CMHHK’s main entrance. Also, eight franchised bus routes and one green minibus route will add stops on Pak Sheng Kok Road, Tseung Kwan O, with the hospital accessible after a short walk from these stops. For details, please refer to the Appendix.

CMMHK Hospital Chief Executive Professor Bian Zhaoxiang said, “CMMHK offers integrated Chinese-Western medicine services with CM playing the predominant role. In the first year after the service commencement, CMHHK will provide outpatient and day-patient services and fully launch six specialised Chinese medicine (CM) services, along with 12 special disease programmes. Members of the public in need of our services are welcome to book appointments to experience our facilities and personalised CM services.”

Due to the recent Tai Po fire incident, the open day activities originally scheduled prior to the CMHHK's service commencement will be postponed. Further details will be announced in due course.
